Dear all,
just a quick notice that I will leave this community as soon as I have gathered together all my artworks worth keeping. The reason for this is mainly that I am not content with how DeviantArt developed. It's little art, and much manga/anime/myspace crap. No matter what I browse, I always see at least 50% of it is anime, a genre of which, in my opinion, <1% makes up for what I would call art in general. This hasn't always been the case, and I can tell as I have been on this site for more than eight years, and I am kind of sad that it developed this way. But the main reason for me is how people tend to "communicate" with each other here. It's really a shame. I know that these are only some teenager frustrated with their own life, but seriously, browsing through the forum every now and then I feel disgusted by such a disrespectful way of treating others.
I will still check back here once in a while, but I do no longer wish to be part of this website. I apologize to all of you who've liked my work and whose work I did comment on or add to my favorites. It's been a great time, especially at the beginning, and I really feel all of you helped me improve my skills, so thank you for that. But most of all, I have found a lot wonderful friends here with whom I will stay in contact for sure.

So, THANK YOU ALL so much!

I wonder why in the name of the Lord my father has to be so effing dumb and if it has a negative effect on me. How the hell can a thinking member of the human species throw away PC components that don't even belong to him and that aren't even stored in his own room? How am I to set up my new PC without a 1$ S-ATA cable now??? I even took a day off from work for this, and now I can go to sleep at 7 PM with NO JOB DONE I hope my parents divorce
